What are Learning Records?
Commonly, people also refer to learning records as employee competencies; certifications; and courses.
Learning records are created when an employee completes education and orientation courses designed by your learning and development team, credentialing organization or vendor to build competencies for you to work in the healthcare system.
A record is created to represent the effort and skill you acquired by completing a learning opportunity.
Where are your learning records?
Learning records are maintained in the LEARN system and will also be pulled into the IER (Integrated Employee Record). These records are backed up so that you will always have your learning history, no matter which RHA you’re in – yes, they will follow you from RHA to RHA!
Will employees be able to access their own learning record?
YES, record of learning can be found in the LEARN system. There is a menu option right at the top.
